how to escape destructive thinking patterns
this is a must read if you want to materialise your desired reality.
it’s 07:51 am.
there’s a snus burning in my gums.
ambient music running in the background.
but for now… let’s talk about how to escape negative thinking patterns.
by now you should probably know that your thoughts shape your reality.
think about electricity for a moment, it can be used to power up cities, but it can also be used to kill somebody.
if someone dies from electrocution, does that mean electricity hated them personally?
NOPE, because it’s IMPERSONAL, it doesn’t care who you are, it acts REGARDLESS of however you use it.
what often happens is that people believe God is “punishing” them, but in reality, they’re just sticking a fork into an electric socket and getting shocked.
you wouldn’t say, “Oh, electricity hates me”, you simply misused the energy.
and reality works in the same manner.
the only reason why negative thoughts occur is because you misused universal energy.
an example of this is…
if you believe that God is a God of anger.
that he gets mad when you do certain things.
then by the very nature of using that belief/energy, you’ll create and experience a reality where God reflects that anger back to you.
another common example is this… people say “god if you give me this, I promise you I won’t be asking for anything again” or “If you give me this job, I won’t ask for anything again.”
Now, think about the way you’re characterising God, the way you’re shaping that formless energy.
what you’re really doing is defining it.
and the way you define it is the way you form it… which is exactly how you’ll experience it.
all beliefs are self-limiting.
that’s because whatever you believe ends up becoming your truth.
everything you think is true about the world only becomes true in your world because you believe it.
another way to put it…
your beliefs are the blueprints of your reality.
and remember, there is no truth in reality other than what the subconscious mind accepts as true.
for something to become a belief, it needs to carry a certain level of emotional charge.
every single belief that you have is always going to be reliant on emotional charge.
if emotion is the language of the subconscious mind (and that’s what it responds to), then any belief with strong emotion behind it sinks deep into your subconscious.
when it’s in your subconscious mind, then it’s a matter of “as within, so without”.
the moment you form a belief about something, you step into a box.
it doesn’t matter if you think positively or negatively.
at the end of the day, everything is a box and everything has a ceiling.
so how do you escape destructive thinking patterns?
it’s all about increasing your frequency.
now, let’s say something happens that stresses you out.
typically, if you’re emotionally balanced, you’re calm and steady, it will not fuck with you.
your ability to maintain emotional balance is an indication of your level of conviction.
now, let’s say you’re trying to improve, you’re working to maintain emotional balance, and things are going fairly well.
then, all of a sudden, something comes out of nowhere and immediately stresses you out.
you’re no longer emotionally balanced, instead, you’re going up and down, which means you’ve failed to maintain emotional balance.
Now, NEVER forget what emotion truly is…
Emotion → Energy in motion → Which emits an energetic signature → Frequency
you can only get rid of your problems once you have a stronger frequency, and you have the stronger frequency by being able to resist being emotionally swayed.
that’s how to escape destructive thinking patterns
stay schemin.
escape, a85.
and by the way…
you’re probably already a hard-working and ambitious person.
otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.
but if you feel like your goals don’t materialise as fast into reality as you expect them to.
and you’re looking to gain that edge around everybody.
