how to develop reality-shifting confidence
repost but gold
it’s 6:00 am.
i’m way too overstimulated and stressed right now.
that’s the only reason i’m reposting this.
but for now… let’s talk about confidence.
most people get the definition of confidence completely wrong.
they believe that confidence is something external.
they believe the better they look, the more money they earn, the more status they acquire the more confident they will become.
but this narrative is keeping you trapped.
confidence is nothing more than internal stability and security that exists independently of external circumstances.
the world will sell you concepts on how conditional confidence is based on external factors.
but as long as you believe that confidence comes from external things, it’ll keep you trapped.
you see… if we look at self-confidence by universal principles…
we will realise that confidence exists within.
confidence is simply a frequency that you tap into.
really think about it…
imagine you got placed into a completely new environment.
new people, a new place and a completely new surrounding.
you could act completely different. with such confidence that they’ll never know you once lacked confidence.
it seems weird at first but you probably get my point.
confidence is not something that you’re born with.
it can be adaptable. similar to how being unconfident can be adapted.
it’s the yin and yang of reality.
self confidence is something that you adapt internally and not externally.
many people believe that when they acquire x, they will finally be confident.
but in reality, you’re not lacking the external thing.
you’re lacking the confidence that would create the thing.
we live in such a society where everything is based externally.
we believe that if we do an action, it’ll solve our problems.
but reality is nothing more than an effect.
while action is also an effect.
looking at it from this perspective… it just makes no sense.
how do you expect to change an effect with an effect?
in order to change an effect, a cause is needed.
the whole narrative of physical action just doesn’t make sense to me.
yes, hard work or whatever you label it, is needed.
but again on the other side of the coin, there are these spiritual teachers that will tell you…
“you don’t need action, just visualise and affirm and that reality will be yours.”
but if you want to tap into your desired reality… alignment across all three planes of existence is required.
you can not create your desired reality if your actions do not correspond to your desired reality.
you can not create your desired reality if your beliefs do not correspond to your desired reality.
you can not create your desired reality if your faith doesn’t correspond to your desired reality.
and building self-confidence requires similar thinking patterns.
you can not be confident if your internal world, your actions and your faith do not correspond to being confident.
reality has the capability to take everything away.
but it’ll never take the things away you’ve acquired internally.
so how do we build unbreakable self-confidence?
identify the core memory where your confidence took a major hit.
enter a relaxed/meditative state.
recreate that memory in your mind, but change the outcome to what you desired.
this rewrites the “beacon” emitting your frequency.
declare “i am confident” once and act through that lens unconditionally.
give yourself internally what you want externally.
don’t wait for reality to prove it, be it first.
stop seeking confidence from the external.
self confidence is nothing more than correct internal alignment that corresponds with your goals.
“but seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.”
— 6:33 Matthew
that’s how to develop reality-shifting confidence
stay schemin.
escape, a85.
and by the way…
you’re probably already a hard-working and ambitious person.
otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.
but if you feel like your goals don’t materialise as fast into reality as you expect them to.
and you’re looking to gain that edge around everybody.
